DSI Laser Wire GmbH specialises in the manufacture and distribution of wires and filler materials that are tailored precisely to the laser welding process.
Our wires partly stand out due to very small diameters and enable the welding of delicate or sensitive components with the lowest possible heat input. That is precisely the strength of the process – and of our filler materials.
On large components the laser welding process enables a locally and temporally tightly limited melting of the base material and filler. This effectively minimises both heat distortion and changes in microstructure and material properties.
