The right delivery form for every application
All welding wires from DSI Laser Wire GmbH are available in several standardised delivery forms. On request, we tailor the packaging exactly to your production setup – please get in touch.
Spool versions
Cleanly layer-wound – reliable to unwind
Every spool is wound under controlled conditions in our production and labelled batch-pure. Material number, batch and dimension are clearly traceable – the basis for reproducible results in your welding application.
- Spools by running metres – 50 m / 100 m / 250 m
- Large spools – 1 kg jumbo spool
Rods
Straightened rods in 1 m and 0.33 m
For manual laser welding we deliver our materials as straightened rods – cleanly labelled, in the most common lengths and with a clearly defined piece count or weight unit:
- Rods 1 m – by piece or by kilogram.
- Rods 0.33 m – by piece or by kilogram.
Other lengths, special packaging or customer-specific labelling can be arranged on request.
